Throughout this one hour course, we will cover best practices for daylighting design and discuss the advantages of allowing for this in your projects. Large opening glass wall systems will be the focus of this course, covering design options including materials, detailing and fold/swing considerations. Through a conversation on energy efficiency, FCS Certification and ventilation, the environmental attributes of incorporating large opening glass wall systems will be introduced along with several application examples and case studies for reference and comparison.
