Refunds and Store Credits

Refunds will only be offered under specific circumstances at the sole discretion of Green CE All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, however we may choose to refund your purchase for the following conditions:

Any Non-Specified Items Sold from Our Website - If the item you purchased has NOT been used or viewed.

(For example, if you purchase a course and view the course material without taking the quiz the item is considered used or viewed, and no refund will be provided.)
• Refund within 5 calendar days of purchase.
• No refund will be provided for any reason after 5 days from the purchase.
• Credit for another course within 60 calendar days of purchase. No refund provided.
• The item you purchased has been removed from the website, and you have not received course completion credit (if applicable) for the item in question. Store credit will be provided. No refund will be provided.

Live Presentations Sold from Our Website (Webinars, Face to Face, Lunch & Learn).

(For example, if you purchase a webinar and only attend for 30 minutes you will not receive completion credit for the webinar because minimum attendance time is 50 minutes.)
• Refund within 5 calendar days of original purchase if the event has not yet passed.
• We may or may not provide refunds or store credit at our discretion. This will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
• No refund will be provided for any reason after 5 days from the purchase.

Purchase Limitations

All purchases are valid for a duration of 2 years from the original date of purchase. After this time, you will lose access to any items you have purchased and not yet completed.
This limitation does not affect your transcripts. Your transcripts will continue to show items you have successfully completed regardless of any terms listed herein.

Transferability

Purchases may not be transferred to another party for any reason. Purchases are only valid for the account under which they were purchased.

Taking Purchased Courses and Quizzes

There is no limitation on the number of times you may take a course or quiz. If failed, you may continue to re-take the quiz until passed. You may continue to view course materials for the duration of your purchase.
