Jim’s West Region encompasses thirteen states including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, California and the Great State of Hawaii!

With 30+ years in the construction and building materials sectors, Jim’s experiences range from design and construction in residential and commercial to industrial and utility arenas, and for the past 10 years, the world of tankless water heating, both gas and electric.

In addition to his sales and marketing background, Jim is also a degreed Structural Engineer, with more than a decade spent in a Product Development capacity in both the electrical and plumbing categories and holds several patents.

Jim and his wife, Judy, currently live just outside of Seattle, Washington.
